1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, scheduling a consultation with, or using the services of Ancal Consulting LLC (“Ancal Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including sending and receiving SMS and/or MMS messages, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ancal Consulting LLC provides general financial consulting, financial education, appointment scheduling, onboarding support, document reminders, and client support communications.

Our services may include communications by phone, email, website forms, client portals, and SMS/MMS text messaging for informational, customer care, appointment-related, and service-related purposes.

Messages may be sent using messaging services and phone numbers registered under applicable A2P 10DLC requirements with U.S. mobile carriers.

Ancal Consulting LLC does not use SMS/MMS messages to send loan offers, debt collection messages, debt forgiveness claims, investment alerts, credit repair claims, affiliate offers, or third-party lead generation messages.

3. Consent to Receive SMS/MMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, appointment forms, consultation requests, written consent, customer-initiated conversations, or other authorized methods, you provide your express consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Ancal Consulting LLC.

Consent may be obtained through:

Online forms with an SMS consent checkbox.

Consultation or appointment request forms.

Customer-initiated conversations.

Written or in-person consent where applicable.

Confirmation flows, including double opt-in if used.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Ancal Consulting LLC does not charge additional fees for sending or receiving text messages; however, your carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan.

5.1 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and coverage.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging program or use our consulting services.

By opting in or using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and authorized to use the mobile number provided.

7. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

The information and services provided by Ancal Consulting LLC are for general financial consulting, organization, and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided through our website, consultations, messages, SMS communications, or other materials should be considered legal, tax, investment, lending, credit, or debt advice.

You are responsible for making your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

8. No Guarantees

Ancal Consulting LLC does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, approval, score change, debt outcome, credit result, loan result, or other financial improvement.

Any educational information or consulting support is provided for general guidance and client support purposes only.

9. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE where supported.

After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us, except for a final confirmation of your opt-out request and any communications legally permitted or required.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, website, forms, client portals, or messaging services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and guidelines related to messaging and communications, including where applicable the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, A2P 10DLC requirements, and other relevant regulations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Ancal Consulting LLC does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Any information collected is used only for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

13. A2P 10DLC Compliance

Ancal Consulting LLC operates messaging programs in alignment with applicable A2P 10DLC requirements and industry guidelines.

We may register messaging use cases, business information, opt-in methods, sample messages, and supporting information as required by The Campaign Registry and participating U.S. carriers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ancal Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services, including delays, delivery failures, errors, interruptions, missed messages, system issues, or loss of data.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
